To cut a long story short, I left and found job, though it took time, with another recruiting company that was perfect for me. ![]() I met my recruiter from the company and said why I could not work there but instead of helping me out, they said that I was not interested in working and refusing to work! I have worked with other recruiting companies before, but never have I met such rude and rigid set of recruiters as those from Volt. I had already joined the company when this fact came to my attention. The interview went good, I told them about my strengths and limitations and they got me three interviews within a week! That was the best part of the whole experience and now for the worst none of them matched my skill set or requirement! I was overqualified for the first two while the last one was not suitable for me as it meant very early morning shift. ![]() ![]() I was attracted to it as I saw two of my friends get job very fast with them and I needed one desperately.
